Working alongside UNIT9, we produced a launch event for the worlds very first selfie from space! UNIT9 worked alongside Samsung to create a space balloon rig to carry an Samsung S10 safety into the atmosphere. Floating on the curvature of the earth we were able to send images up to the phone which was in turn captured on an SLR camera attached to the rig. Then we were able open this up for the public to be able to send their images up, thousands of entries poured in and were picked as a lottery.

To celebrate the first ever ‘space selfie’ in we took over the state of the art Samsung KX centre at Kings Cross and created a launch event. Cara Delevingne was the guest of honour and took the first ever space selfie. We also created a number of Photo Booth installations where guests could take a selfie to send to space.
